Disposition versions
47. The partition or transfer of a member’s benefits executed in the year of a judgment of separation from bed and board, of divorce, of annulment of marriage or the dissolution or annulment of civil union, or a judgment ordering the payment of a compensatory allowance may be revoked or annulled only for one of the causes provided for in article 424 of the Civil Code.
